To make an appointment please ring 0113 295 3880 or call in at the surgery between 08:15 and 18:00, Mon – Fri.
Surgery times are shown below and are by appointment only. Patients wishing to be seen urgently will be fitted in at the beginning of surgery before 08:45 Monday to Friday.
If you have registered to use SystmOnline please click on the link at the top of this page to book an appointment online.
If you would like to register for SystmOnline please bring some ID with you to reception and we will give you a username and password.

There is now a new way to contact us online called PATCHS.
Telephone Consultations
Patients who prefer to speak to a doctor or nurse by phone can leave their details with reception and the doctor will ring them back after morning surgery.
Home Visits
If you are too ill to come to the surgery and need a home visit pleasering 0113 295 3880 before 10am.The receptionist may ask for some details of your problem to help the doctors decide the level of urgency.
Cancel an Appointment
It is important that you inform the reception staff if you are unable to attend your appointment, this will allow that appointment to be offered to another patient. If you fail to notify the Practice that you are unable to attend, you will be sent a letter informing you that you have defaulted from your appointment. Persistent defaulters maybe removed from the list.
You can also complete our appointment cancellation notification request form. This can only be used if your appointment has been arranged for more than 24 hours in advance. (excluding weekends and public holidays). You can also text to cancel your appointment.
Text Reminder Service
We have a texting service which allows you to receive confirmation and reminders about your appointments.
To have this service you will need to register by completing a consent form.
Please remember to update your contact details with us when you change address, telephone numbers and email address.
